MASMI announced today the opening of a dedicated Group Solutions and Analytics Centre in Nicosia, Cyprus which will focus on delivering company-wide market research solutions and analytical systems for all MASMI offices and will also serve as a foothold for company’s expansion to the Middle East. The company will operate under the name of MASMI Cyprus Limited. Tony Rhodes has been appointed Director of the newly created Centre. Tony has more than 30 years marketing research experience, most of it accumulated in the emerging markets of the Middle East and Central/Eastern Europe. A graduate in Economics and Politics from Durham University in UK, he started his career with Gillette, H.J. Heinz and Unilever in the UK. His extensive managerial experience includes senior executive positions at Unilever, MEMRB and Synovate, where he was most recently Head of Solutions and Client Relations for their Central Eastern Europe/Middle East region (CEEME). Prior to joining MASMI, he has been acting as a market intelligence consultant to a number of FMCG and market research companies.
