The MASMI Knowledge Centre ensures that learnings, experience and best practice are embedded in MASMI’s organisation and in the work we undertake for our clients. It provides an engine for continuous progress and improvement in what we can do for clients and how we do it.
The overall goal of the Knowledge Centre is to facilitate and encourage innovative, quicker and better decision-support of MASMI’s business and its client servicing.
It aims to do this principally through:
- Creating intellectual capital--providing solutions and advanced analytics
- Learning & development programmes for MASMI staff
- On-going support of business development and project realisation
- The MASMI Knowledge Centre brings together senior MASMI management and researchers, sometimes supplemented by external associates, with an on-going programme of activities
